Movie Theater Matchup to Registrations

I have what I think is a pretty simple problem, but I don't know Excel well enough to resolve. Basically, I have a speadsheet of approx. 2000 registration that need to have theater_names matched up based on City/State. The theater_names are on a seperate spreadsheet with their associated City/State.

Can someone please help me by providing the IF and VLOOK statment to match up the theater_names witht he registrations.

Nice-to-have request: It would be nice to use a different theater_name for cities that have multiple theaters. (i.e. Atlanta has 5 theaters, I would like different theaters for all registrants that live in Atlanta).

The final results would be on the registration.xls spreadsheet in the Theater_name field.
