Enter variable, return results from several columns

Hello, if I you guys are able to solve this I will be so grateful.

I would like to enter a variable into sheet "summary" cell A4 and have it return a summary of several columns on another sheet, into cells B4, C4, D4 E4 etc of the current months performance.

I would also like to see a trending for the month wich should be a simple formula.

I have attached the file so hopefully that helps. There are some notes on this so please feel free to change anything you like.
