    expanding data to multible rows

Hello and thank you in advance

I have multiple data points within a single cell and would like to create a separate row for each data point within that cell.
    so for example i have

I have parts of user accounts going across columns

Account Disabled Account Locked Out Description Full Name Last Login Password Can't Change Password Never Expires Password Not Required User Name
no no no no yes no Tim john bob

I want the first entry of each cell to be in a separate row like

Account Disabled Account Locked Out Description Full Name Last Login Password Can't Change Password Never Expires Password Not Required User Name
    no no Tim
    no yes john
    no no bob

I can make the entries , delimited.

    Maybe like this?

Excel 2007 => data => text to columns
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.
