Formula to return column heading dependent on number in cell

I have attached a spreadsheet that I need help with.

I have ten values which show the number of errors made under particular colum headings. Then I have a table next to this which I need to return the 5 top errors.

This should make more sense when in the spreadsheet.

Need Cell M3 to return name of column with highest number of errors, N3 to return column heading with 2nd highest number. E.t.c

    Thanks

    M.

    Choose, Match, Large

This might not be the easiest way, but here's one solution. I couldn't open your spreadsheet, but you could alter this formula to fit.
a2:j2 - would be your row of error numbers under the column headings
a1,b1,c1 - etc, would be your column headings.

this would be the formula for m3, the largest. for n3, you would change the number 1 inside of the Large formula, to be 2. Then 3 for the 3rd largest, etc.. You may run into an issue if you come across a tie though...
