Excel Can't Multiply...why is simple multiplication incorrect?

On the PROPOSAL tab, at I41, a simple multiplication instruction is wrong. It's multiplying 72*186.53 which = 13430.16 in the real world, but on this sheet 11 cents are missing.

I'm pulling my hair out on this one....

    It's a feature, not a bug.

    I dunno what to say...

If I manually type in 186.53 into cell F41, the error disappears. Why is the formulaic retrieval of the same number allow 11 cents to disappear?

It's because the value in that cell is really 186.52841592 and not 186.53.

72 of those 0.00158408's add to to the 11 cents that is missing.

Now, how to change that.... not sure yet.
