    Question Countif and average formula

In Column I, there are the following numbers:
    5, 3, 5, 6, 3, 2, 6, 4, 4

These numbers represent benchmark testing scores.
Students with a 4, 5, 6, are considered to have mastered the content.

I'm needing a formula that will count only cells with 4, 5, 6, and give a % of total in the class that have mastered the content.

This is what I have so far:
    =COUNTIF(I2:I20,">3")

I can't figure how to get the % of mastery.

    Thanks!

COUNT will give you total number of students (ie your divisor)

Thank you! I'm assuming I would need to change numbers of rows in COUNT(I2:I20) based on the number of students in each class. We have been asked to do this for 1st-5th in 23 elementary schools. Do you know if there is a formula that would automatically do this.
