    Hours Calculation

I am trying to solve a Formula issue I've been trying to solve but am having no success. In English with some Formula language...

This is for OT Hours =SUM(S13:Y13)-(40)

Now... if the hours are less than 40 I need the value to stay at 0.00

I would write a VB script if I could find a Guide with Examples because I took VB programing in college.

Aside from the question above, anyone know where to get a guide like that?

Thank you for any help given.

    Brett~
