Need formula for referencing last non-empty cell in a column from a different Workbook.

Hi,

Please can anyone help with the above?

I've found heaps of formulas for referencing the last value entered in a column, but the column i want to reference is in a separate workbook, so I'm not sure what the formula should look like or what order to put things in!

I have a cell in my current sheet and workbook. In that cell I want it to show the last value entered in Column B which is in a separate sheet and workbook.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

One way would be

where Source.xlsx is the sheet containing the data you want.
Add this formula when the Source is open in memory then save and close the source workbook. This will put the full path link in the formula automatically

Whenever the source is changed and not open, opening the workbook that contains the formula will refresh the link.
