Cell border and colour with text

Hi

I have a sheet which automatically adds entrys to the sheet depending on what team they are on, all i really want to do is colour and border to the last row only, i know this should be able to get done in conditional formationing some how but im unsure.

I have got it in some of the cells with text in, but the ones with numbers in remain the same, if i can remember i used con formating and done, if the cell value is greater than <> then my formating, but numbers remain the same

Hi,

Just make the conditional format >0 rather than the ="<>" that you've used for the text cell

No its still not picking up the numbers

Dod you apply the conditional format to the whole column that contains the numbers column?

Are you just wanting to add the CF to the last cell in the column, e.g. E8 in this example?

Yes, whhens theres a value i want the value to turn colour

In which case use the Formula Is CF and enter the following in E8

Now copy E8 and Paste Special Formats to the whole of Column E

I dont know if im being stupid here, but i cant get it to work, i have entered it in and some of the amounts have the CF on them but others do not, is there any chance you could add it to the attachment so i can see.
