Help with a formula/script

Hi Guys I need your help!

I am setting up a spreadsheet and i need to apply the following rule to a cell

if cell A1 = 0-50 then B1 will = 0.75
if Cell A1 = 51-100 then b1 will = 0.6
if Cell A1 = 101-9999 then B1 will = 0.5

I am no expert so will appreciate any help you can give me. I would prefer it to be done using a formula as I will be emailing the sheet and some email adresses wont accept scripts on Excel

I am using Excel 2007
