Data Validation - question

I have a Validation list with 98 options to choose from. When selecting one it changes all the information you see on the page.

What I want to do is create a macro that will save each one on the list as a different excel sheet so I can mail different ones to different people. The only thing I can't do in code is to tell the thing to change the choice on the drop down menu. Is this at all possible? Any other suggestions on how I could do this without the drop down list?
