Hourly Census
How do I take a census of everyone who was in the shop at exactly 10 am (see attached)? The yellow highlight on the data sheet indicates there would be eight people, for example, that were around on 02/05 at exactly 10 am.
But as you will see, my formula returns a different result(s).

It seems to be related to the FLOOR function as without that it returns the correct result, however the why is somewhat more difficult to establish. I assume that you are using FLOOR to account for the changeover time between 6 and 7 ?
I will have a look at what alternative formulas you could use and get back to you.
