    Help with IRR function

I'm trying to calculate the IRR, but it keeps giving me a #DIV/0 result. My formula is IRR(R6:R21,0.2), with 20% being my guess for the IRR. What am I doing wrong?

Do your values add up to less than 0? This will produce this result.
