Excel Formula for fleet sales listings

    Hi All,

I'm new to all this so please go gentle on me.

I am trying to set a formula in a spreadsheet of 2500 lines which ones are the most popular, I can do this using the LARGE formula but the only problem is some of the data is duplicated, ie more than one name mentioned twice.

I have a list of clients and the same name appears more than once, I would like to be able to create a graph of the client names that appear more than ten times.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Andy

Thanks for the code, it works but I need to ask another question related to it. I am trying to have a graph of the sales ofver 10 units from a list that is ever growing, is there any way that this could be done so that the company with the most sales units is on the left and the least on the right.

If you arrange the formula columns so that the Company is on the left of the Largest numbers... then when you create the graph, it should default to the largest on the left...
