    Why does this not work

    C14 is the 31st january C15 should show nothing but it shows 1

    What are you trying to say with: MONTH(2) ?

    Are you trying to say that if the month of C14+1 is February, then return a blank?

    Like so:

    =IF(MONTH(C14+1)=2,"",C14+1)

    or something else?
