txt file in one column and need real time charting

Hi all,
I have a connection to a site that has an updating real time text file by the minute. I used "get external from web". Problem is...all the data is in one column and it doesnt give me the option to split the data into seperate cells as it would with "get external from text". I tried text to columns but it doesnt update the cells every minute and the data was not correct.

Is there a way to use "get external from text" but from a web source instead of the options excel is giving me? I looked at the "get external from other sources"...its not any of those..its just a simple txt file on a website.

I am going to make a chart that updates also but I need the data in seperate columns instead of one.

Is it feasable to just write formulas to the right of your text that separates it into columns.
cell B21: =mid($a21,1,4)
cell C21: =mid($a21,6,2)
etc.
Your table would keep updating, and the cells to the right would keep updating.
