Number of days between two dates

I have used a formula to calculate the number of days between two dates but it gives me a negative value on the number of days.

=IF(J1235="","",NETWORKDAYS(K1235, O1235,'Dates and Times'!$A$7:$A$19) - 1) this is the formula I used.

Can someone help me, on other dates it works but on others it doesn't.

Without seeing your data values it's hard to comment... you will get a -ve result if the number of working days (excl. holidays) between two dates is <=0, this could be for a number of reasons... eg. O date precedes the K date, the number of holidays & weekdays between O & K date matches the number of days etc etc...

You may be able to think of using a MAX function but to reiterate we need to understand your O & K values and also the Public Holiday listed values.
