Sumif Trouble

Can someone tell me why the attached formulas ("Datasum" tab E2:AB4) are not working properly? I am not looking for a cumulative total (which I appear to be getting) but rather just the number of fruit requests by hour.

Why the two columns B and C? The values are the same.

All your time values on sheet Data are text. Convert to true dates using Text to columns.

Then change the formula in Data Sum!E2 to =SUMPRODUCT( (Data!$B$2:$B$67 >= $D2 + E$1) * (Data!$B$2:$B$67 < $D2 + E$1 + 1/24) ) and copy down and across.

That makes sense, but I am now having trouble with text to columns. I am familiar with how this "feature" works, but...

Were you suggesting that I "slice" the data, change the formatting and concatenate? Can you direct?
