Auto populate of cells

I have a cell, If I enter 10 in that cell then 10 rows should be created and "Hello" should be displayed in those cells,
if I enter 20, 20 rows should be filled with "Hello"


Please help me in doing so

Say you enter the number in A1, then in A2, use formula:

=IF(ROWS(A$2:A2)>$A$1,"","Hello")

and copy down as far as you want.
