Using multiple values to locate exact values

I have a spread sheet with 6800 rows of data. Using a random number generator program I have identified 350 unique rows I would like to view. From each of the individual rows I would like to locate the Dealer Id. and return that value(s). I will then copy and paste the unique 350 Dealer ids into another program to conduct a search in a stand alone data base.

I have attached a sample work sheet. Where I have 30 rows of data and I would like to locate the dealer id from 5 unique rows. I have read Vlook up, Hlook up and I am lost. Thank you for your help in advance.

    DonKeyOte,

Many Thanks. Your response and guidance is exactly what I needed. Your solution fits my needs.

I have one more question. How do I take the results and copy them into a comma separated value (cvs file)?

the simplest method is probably to copy the results and paste them into a new XL file and then close that file saving as .csv
