Datedif and count of customers

I need to do a count of the customer's that we had 6 or more interactions with in "any" 12 month time frame. Here's the details of my data:

Column A - Customer Number
Column B - Date of last interaction with that customer

I've tried using PivotTables and Formulas, but I'm at a loss! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One more detail that is very important I left off my post...

Column B - is not the date of the "last" interaction with that customer. It is the date of the interaction with that customer. It is possible to have 25 records (rows) of the same customer that have different dates in each record.

example of the data:

Customer Date of Interaction
111 1/1/07
222 2/1/09
333 3/4/08
111 1/10/08
111 12/1/08

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.
