Trying to have excel pick random choices from specific cells.

    Ok, here's the deal.

I've got a row of miscellaneous data, say birthdates or phone numbers. I'd like to be able to select/highlight 15-20 of these names and have excel randomly pick five of those numbers/dates for me. Is this even remotely possible? Is it possible that there's a formula that I can put into a cell to randomly choose five numbers from 15-20 choices? I'd appreciate any help that you have.
