MAX/MIN problem with time

hello,

I have the following formula C= day in DD/MM/YYYY and D = Time in HH:MM format and BJ5 is the date

=MAX(INDEX((input!C1:C1100=BJ5)*(input!D1:D1100),0))

which works fine as it finds the max time in a list, however i need to find the min time in the same list, when I change it from MAX to MIN it returns a 00:00,

any clues?
