Lookup adjacent column to multiple lookup columns.

I am looking for help with a lookup formula, I have attached a sample for clarity.
I have a very large array, in which I need to do lookups for. It could be in one of several columns, and it needs to be exact.
The actual array consists of 8 columns but over 50,000 rows.
This sample attached shows how it is laid out.
The first column on the array is the lookup value, and the column to the left is the potential results.
I need to find a lookup that can scan column B, D, F, H, J and when it finds the correct number it gives me the results in the column beside it.
I know how to do basic lookups in say one column, but due to the size of the spreadsheet, it was to be done over several columns.
    Any help would be great.
