Sumproduct using variable time

Hello,

I have the following formula:

It counts the amount based on depot code & day, however, this lumps together the depot amounts if they are on the same day, so there is a time within the data that can differenciate the depots, but, the times may vary but not by more than +/- 1 hour 30 mins, I cannot seem to include the time varible in the formula.
