Combining autotext, multiple value validation and dynamic data offset?

Hi All,

This is a complex issue for me anyway. I have three things working independently on three sheets and I need to get them all to work on one sheet.

The first thing is the AutoText entry on validation. I am using the code from this source:

It works on double click – I cannot get it to work on single click

The second thing is to get multiple values into one cell from the validation. To do this I am using the code from here:

With this example - DV0017 - Select Multiple Items from Dropdown List (Using the same cell Sheet)

The third thing is a Dynamic Data Offset. The kicker here is that I need it to add as many data values as I add by the multiple values above. By way of an example:

If I am selecting names and the validation list is first names Tom, Jerry, Peter and Paul. The corresponding last names are Smith, Jones, Taylor and Swift.

If I select Tom and Peter (Tom, Peter) the offset value should be Smith and Taylor (Smith, Taylor)

If I put the various VB Scrips into the sheet code none of them are happy. They do not work.

Is Excel the best application?? Is this possible. Any help appreciated.
