Microsoft offers a list for Excel 2003 here:

Choose a function and read up on it. Press F1 in Excel itself and read the help file, usually very helpful and often overlooked.
There are many online primers for the basics. For instance:

Google helps alot for finding stuff like this...it's everywhere.

I once found this in the depth's of the internet.
from what i can tell is was created by peter nonley. Apparntly from XLFDIC.com"site is down at the moment"
Ive Tryed to upload a zip file though i have trouble with timeout with big files.
