    IF function

Im not sure if its possible but here it goes....

Ive setup a drop down box. If 'no' is selected a want a cell to appear which has another drop down. But i only want that cell/text to appear if 'no' is selected otherwise i want it hidden. Is that possible? If so what code is required?

    Cheers

    Re: IF function

    Hi,

what you want is called "dependent data validation". See here how it works.

In your example, just do not specify any entries in the "yes" range.
