Help needed with Checkboxes

Thanks in advance for any help.

Please see attached workbook. I am a teacher trying to set up a markbook for the whole year. As you can see I have 6 sheets at the bottom labelled: Pupil, AF1, AF2, AF3, AF4 & AF5.

In each of the AF sheets I want to have (As in AF1) a list of different statements at level 3,4,5,6,7 & 8. This will then need to be repeated a number of times for each student.

What I am struggling with is:

• How to copy the check boxes down without them referring to the first cell they were copied from, obviously if I need to copy this for 200 odd students this could be difficult.

• On the pupil sheet under each AF column I want a level to be displayed for each student e.g. reaching all the statements under level 3 in AF1 results in a L3 being displayed, achieving all statments in AF1 under level 3 AND level 4 results in L4 being displayed.

I know this may be alot of work but I would be forever grateful for any assistance.
