I'd like to ask for help in doing some XML that would be a huge timesaver in my work.
I have a very complex sheet in Excel with lots of values and strings. This table displays useful information about my company's international civil and public works (it's a construction company).
So, I have one of these sheets for each construction work abroad. What I would like to do is add a button to this sheet that would allow it to export all the data do a .xml file, as well as another button to import from a .xml file. Also, I would like to have the same sheet displaying sums of other sheets (eg, country total, international total). Just like a database system, I guess.
I am totally clueless about XML... If you know any other way to do this besides XML, it's okay too, as long as it's not Access (I have no access to Access here). Does any of you guys know an easy way to do this? All suggestions will be most welcome.
