Lookup function

Hi - I need some help figuring out what function will perform this. I'm playing with vlookup but not quite working right.

On "worksheet B" I have a table that is 3 col wide and 15 rows deep.
Col 1 has values 0,1,2,3 or 4
Col's 2 and 3 have text values in them



on "worksheet A" I need to pull the following:

look in table on worksheet B, and basically copy the section of the table that has the rows where col 1 has value "0", and display that section of the table in my worksheet A. So if rows 1-5 have value "0" in column 1, then I want to display the values in that row across col's 1,2 and 3. (and not display the section of the table that has value "1" in Column 1 for example. hope that made sense.

Can anyone advise?
