HELP ASAP Please!!! Copy row to new sheet when sheet 1 column matches sheet 2 cell B9

Hi. I need some help copying rows based on a user entering a value from a list on sheet 2 in cell B9 (customer name). Sheet 3 will be used for a different customer and needs to include only the second customers name. The cycle will repeat based on the number of customers.

I would prefer not to use a macro and only use formulas since I want the sheet to update based on the entry the user puts into Cell B9 of every worksheet created after sheet 1.

Can a macro be created to change each sheet name to match the user entry in cell B9 of the sheet also? or would that create an issue if a duplicate was chosen?
