Hi there,

On sheet1 I have a list of error messages starting in column C they are numbered in column B 1 through 100, in column A there is a pasted link from another program which toggles 1 if that error condition is true and a 0 if that error condition is false.
I would like to display on Sheet2 a list of "Active Error messages" using vlookup. That show only the error that are currently true, but to display in the first few rows at the top of the sheet. I can get the messages to display but not in the first few lines. eg. if error 97 message is true I want to to display on Row 1 of sheet2 not row 97 and if two errors true want to display on Row 1 and 2 of sheet 2
any help would be greatly appretiated thank you

I don't know if I explained well, forgive my ignorance. I will try an attach a couple of files as examples displaying both sheet 1 and 2 on one sheet. So as an alarm becomes active it is diplayed in a list, as it is no longer active it is removed from the list.
