Formula works on one computer but not another

Hi,

I have a odd problem. I have workbook that I made I placed this formula in cell A1

="Varsity Overtime List for Cathy & POP  " &TEXT(WORKDAY(TODAY(),1),"mm/dd/yyyy")

I saved and sent it to the user but on the user's computer the cell only shows "#NAME?" While my computer it shows correctly.

Any Idea's?
