Hyperlink in a formula

Hello everyone,

my challenge is the following :
=IF(D2=1,"http://google.de",IF(D2=2,"http://www.google.ca",IF(D2=3,"http://www.company.com")))

How can I make it happen that these links wil lappear as links in the chosen cell and not as plain text.

Any thoughts. All help is very much apprechiated.
