Hi,
Is there a way to add @domain.com to the end of the contects of a cell without having to type it into every single cell?
Thanks.

You can use VBA
change range to suit etc...Please Login or Register to view this content.
else use adjacent cells to populate the revised listings and copy paste special values the results over the originals, eg B1: =A1&"@domain.com" etc...

I might be doing it wrong (entirely possible) but when I put that in nothing happened when i entered the beginning text to the cell. The list is specific people within our company and they e-mail address. Outlook will only give me the user ID which would come before the @domain.com but not the full address. So each cell will have a different user ID in it that needs the rest of the e-mail address to be entered at the end.
In which cells do the addresses reside ?
(note also the above code is not an event - rather it is designed to be invoked as and when by the user (ALT + F8) at which point all entries within the specified range will be appended)
