    Highlighting largest value in column

I want the largest value in a column to automatically highlight and the old high value to return to normal. Is this possible?

    Hi, try this

select the whole column, let's say it's column A
click Conditional Formatting on the Home Ribbon and click New Rule
select "use a formula to determine ..."
    enter this formula

    =max(A:A)

select a format and hit OK

adjust the column reference to suit.
