Function to count based on date data format

Happy New Year!

Would anyone happen to know how to write a function that would show me all of the orders that are 24 hours past due and another function that shows 48 hours past due from the current date in cell A2 based on the date formats in column R and lookup names in column P of the New-10AM tab?

I have attached the spreadsheet for review.
