    excel jumpint lines

    Hi,

I am new on the forum, but i hope you can help me.
I have created an expense report - where all the expenses are put into a claculation grid on the first sheet of the workbook. Each expense has an individual proyect code, and each proyect has their own worksheet in the book.
I like to find the formula that can transfer each cell to the project sheet that that expense should go under.
I have used the IF formula, and it works, but leaves blanc lines on the proyect sheets if that line is refered to a different project number and shows up on a different worksheet in the book.
I hope i explain myself - and would greatly appreciate if someone has an answer to this.
The formula i have used is the following:
    =IF(Hoja1!D9:D112=B1,Hoja1!B9:B112,)
I understand that - by stating at the end, if false i it should be , (nothing) - but how can i find a formula that will show the data in a order without jumping lines..

Thanks so much for any help on this!!

    Hi claudiahuart,
    welcome to the forum.
This may be a bit easier to work out if you could post some sample data that reflects your data layout. You can upload a file by clicking "Go Advanced" below the Quick Reply box and then the paperclip icon.

    Thanks!

Attached is a smaller format of the work book - there will be a total of about 25 projects in the coding and each will have a seperate worksheet.

Thanks a lot for the help!
