Please Help, Very simple for Experts

I want to know the function to use to make a final output list in the "summary" tab in which the list datas come from tab's "A, B & C".. in which i could also update it next time incase i will add some datas from tab's "A to C" and still in order in the output tab which is the "summary" tab.. hope somebody can help. thanks
