Macro (IF, THEN, based on cell A5)

I'm trying to create a macro using the IF, THEN (or ELSEIF), based on the text in cell A5. I'm sure this is very simple, I just don't know what I'm doing.

Below is what I've tried so far and it always shows the "Else" msgbox no matter what I have in 'A5'.
