    Sumproduct, specific month

I have a spreadsheet, which I've been able to do a sum product to look up an account name, and sum the mutiple coloumns for each month.

However, is it possible to automatically change the sum coloumns based on the month end?

    Example sheet attached.

    Thanks

If you mean to sum only in a column specified by a given date, then, from your example, use:

LOL bad example using December. I'm looking for a running balance. So in the example if I changed the Month End to Jan, it would be Dec plus Jan.

    Does that make sense?

Your answer has solved another task I was trying to achieve though

(generally speaking though - using date values for dates is generally advised - using custom formats to have dates appear as mmmm strings)
