I have a work routine checks the value in excel, some of the items will change every month I check. I have two reports,my own report and the office report. I wanted to check my report every month with one function such as the attached file.

Kind of confusing, but perhaps you need to look at Vlookup function in Excel Help files.
If you still need help, try to explain again what you need.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
