Exclamation Labor Schedule workbook multiple days

So i have it set up and it works...for 1 day. I need it to work for the whole month. I am trying to make it so that i can put the name, date and time in and out on one sheet and it graphs it out on the other. Please see what i have been able to do so far. it checks against to see the postion of the person and codes it according (color) Our work day is on a schedule from 6am to 5:59 am the next morning (presenting another problem from what i can see)

If possible i want to be able to put everyone on one sheet and graph it all on another.

I am using excel 2007. Please help

Please email me so i can send it as this will not let me post a file that big. [email protected]

Here is you workbook at 1/4 the size without changing the workbook, please keep your samples small and others will be willing to look at them to help you.
Your example should show some relevant data and what the desired outcome should be. Don't make others guess at what you are trying to do.

Your other workbook sample is to large, get rid of all the extra weight that has nothing to do with your question

Don't know how to make them small like you did....Anyway i want to be able to count on sheet 1 how many of the position, day, and is on duty for the corresponding time.

to sum it simple. I want to know how many people are on the clock with the corresponding time of the day from sheet 1 to the schedule tab
