Please I don't know how right what I'm doing is. But I stumbled on the attachment and found it suitable for what I do. Please my problem with it is that I dont have idea of the cells that have the names Loan_Not_Paid and Value_Entered. Can anybody help me please?

Click on a cell,if it has a Name then the name will be displayed in the Name Box, that's the white box just above the Column headers to the left of the Formula Bar.
Loan_Amount is E4
You can also use Ctrl+G to display a Dialog listing names & go to them.
Insert menu->Name->Define will also list all Names in the workbook
