How to do a text formula in order to when typing a text it cause another text to pop

Hi,

I was wondering how i can, when typing in a certain text in one cell on excel, in the cell next to it it will automatically pop another text into it. for example,

i want someone who is a qualified climber, when typing in climbing in box B2, in the next box, C2 it will pop up, able to climb.


Is this possible?
