    Where to put UDFs

    I created a used defined function in a module in a worksheet and it works fine. I copied it to Module1 in personal.xls as a public function, but can't access it from other worksheets.

    Is there a place to put public functions where they can be used from within any worksheet?

    Thanks!

    You would need to prefix with the file name, ie:

    =PERSONAL.XLS!functioname()

    Most would use an Add-In though...

    Thanks. Would this be the best info on how to create an add-in?
