Exclamation Greater than or Less than.. If Greater Need Difference

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here's what I need. If the value of the cell is greater than $120,000.00 then I need the difference of the two. If less than $120,000.00 need the cell to read Zero not False.

Any ideas on the equasion I need to use. I've tried things such as =IF(F9>120000;=F9-120000;(F9<120000;=0))

I'm about ready to pull my hair out! HELP!!

FWIW, MAX is quite a bit quicker in these scenarios (not that you will notice given calc. time)

    =MAX(0,F9-120000)

(assumes F9 is numeric of course)
