Question Adding Sunday Overtime to hours

I'm sure this is a very basic answer but ive been trying to solve it for so long that just cant think clearly on it here are the work week hour/pay rules p.s. im not concerned about rates

work week starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday
overtime starts when you hit 40 hours so after 40 hours everything is overtime
Sunday is always overtime so for example if i don't work Monday through Saturday, i have 0 regular hours and 0 overtime hours. I work 10 hours on Sunday, those ten hours are all overtime hours and i still have 0 regular hours. what is set up now is anything over 40 hours spills over into overtime hours. so i need to make it that any hours on Sunday go right toward the o/t tally

another thing that might be worth mentioning is that our pay periods go from 1st of the month until the 15th and then the 16th until the end of the month. we have to project our hours before the 15th so sometimes I'm over or under my projection so I would put my adjustment in the the next pay period so if you wondering why there's negative hours in the 30th that's why. if anyone has ideas how to keep track of mis-projections im open to ideas but right now im just manually comparing pay period to pay period

    Maybe this:

    =MAX(SUMIF(C$10:N$10,"Total Hours",C$11:N$11)-40,0)+P$11

You said: overtime starts when you hit 40 hours so after 40 hours everything is overtime

So I sum all of them (-2+12+12+12) which is 34 and that's less than 40...So no overtime that week.
    Plus sunday.

For total hours you can use:

    =SUMIF($C10:$P10,"Total Hours",$C11:$P11)
