excel transpose problem

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to transpose the left vertical example, into the right horizontal example. each set of rows on the left is evenly divided, just trying to line it up how it is on the right. The sheet actually starts at A1, and I have about 150 rows per sheet I'm doing because the data is being important from a web source. Also, hopefully there is a function I can use because I'm not the most advanced with excel, but at least I know my functions. Thanks in advance and please find the example.
